Halverwege het seizoen 2018 komen er veel interessante statistieken voorbij. Zo ook voor Marcus Ericsson. De Zweed van Sauber won tijdens de twaalf races tot nu toe de meeste plaatsen. Hij kwam tot liefst 44 gewonnen plaatsen tijdens de races. Fernando Alonso en Lance Stroll completeren de top 3 van dit lijstje.
