Christian Lundgaard pakt eerste F2 pole! Felipe Drugovich met MP Motorsport sterk op P5 + UITSLAG

Christian Lundgaard heeft tijdens de kwalificatie van de FIA Formule 2 op het circuit van Mugello pole gepakt. Dan Ticktum kwalificeerde zich als tweede voor Callum Ilott. Felipe Drugovich reed een goede kwalificatie voor MP Motorsport en noteerde de vijfde tijd. Zijn teamgenoot Nobuharu Matsushita zal een flinke inhaalrace moeten rijden. Hij kwalificeerde zich als eenentwintigste.
