Le Mans: Opgave voor de Peugeot nummer 7, oliedruk
LE MANS - De Peugeot 908 HDi FAP van Marc Gene, Jacques Villeneuve en Nicolas Minassian heeft zojuist officieel opgegeven. De problemen zijn te wijten aan de weggevallen oliedruk. De auto ging voor twee ronden de baan op maar kon geen snel tempo meer halen.
Ondertussen staat ook één van de twee resterende LMP2's in de pit, de Barazi Zytek van Fernandez/Kurosawa/Kerr. De Pescarolo Judd van Emmanuel Collard is nu derde, op elf ronden van de leider.
