Race stilgelegd in Melbourne na 18 ronden! Mega-crash Fernando Alonso

De wedstrijd in Australië is zojuist stilgelegd door een hevige crash van Mclaren F1-coureur Fernando Alonso. Bij een inhaalmanoeuvre kon de Spanjaard de Haas F1-bolide van Esteban Gutierrez niet meer ontwijken en tuimelde twee keer over de kop. De race is stilgelegd om het circuit opnieuw vrij te maken. Alonso is zelf uit de auto geklommen en lijkt geen blessures aan zijn crash over te houden.
