De gloednieuwe 2024 Mustang GT zal vanaf dit weekend ingezet worden als pace car bij de NASCAR. Dit weekend wordt er gereden op de Martinsville Speedway. In totaal dient de Mustang GT als pace car bij zeven NASCAR-races. Na Martinsville geldt dat ook voor Talladega, Dover, Darlington, Nashville, Chicago en Darlington.
